    1 C Dark brown sugar
    1/2 C Smoked paprika
    3 TBS Course Black Pepper
    1 1/2 tsp Chili powder
    1 1/2 TBS Garlic powder
    1 1/2 TBS Onion powder
    2 tsp cayenne
    2 TBS Kosher salt
