Worked a little on the stained glass project today too. Built a box with LED strips that will sit in the wall. Spray glued aluminum foil to the backing to reflect the light.

The existing frame was far from flat but I was afraid to take it apart and make a new one for fear of damaging the glass...so I flattened with my router sled. Not dead flat...but much better.

Brought more shoulder wood in, worked on the shed a little and finished up the plumbing and scratch built wall bracket for a double basin laundry sink.

Not up to pro standards I'm sure, but it should work.

I bought the barely used sink with faucet for $15 at a garage sale. :)

Just ate a wicked good filet. Stacked the load I had on the trailer today on some fresh new pallets. About to watch some live Clapton on PBS in 20 minutes. In my opinion, you'd be hard pressed to not put that guy in the top 3 best of all time in both the writing and playing categories. 40 plus years and still rocking.

Oh yea.....I'm doing my part to create aluminum 12 Oz pucks to recycle also.

Sounds weird doesn't it. But I have some that I decided to put off for another year and the wood I cut this year will take its place. Swapping a bunch of hickory and oak for hedge. The hedge isn't going to get punky but some of the stuff I put up today was less than ideal.

Caffeine going down. Just chillin right now, trying to wake up. I slept in until 7:45 this morning.o_O Must of needed it. Felt good.

Almost time to make some egg and cheese on bagel sandwiches.

I'm going to clean the boiler out later this morning, move some wood into the basement from under the porch, then do some work with the 680.:saw:

So is this a dedicated FHC member or not? Campinspecter is out moving wood in the wood shed to the opening and then in the absolute pouring rain, he will wheelbarrow the wood around to the wood chute and dump it in the basement. I, on the other hand, am the wimp that stays in the basement stacking the wood.

No, even though he already is a dedicated FHC member, it's just poor planning on his part and smart planning on yours!

Home doing laundry, but the Denver Broncos game is on the tv. Quarterback yells omaha before the snap and Mutual of Omaha donates money to charities.

Finished screwing down the steel roofing on the shed, set my laundry sink and finished the plumbing this afternoon.

Made caramels and molasses cookies to send to the kids for Christmas and took the dogs out a couple times for there weekend excursions this morning.

Just got back from decorating the foot bridge.

I started the wiring for the stained glass. I. Used to despise wiring but now it isn't so bad. I guess I'm getter gooder at it.
