    Rant alert.

    So I call a guy at work at 4:00 and tell him, we think you might have a problem, but we're not sure and we can't do anything until you start the next shift. OK, no problem. If you have ANY trouble, call me right away when the next shift starts and it will be a quick fix. OK, no problem. Guess what...they had a small problem. They turned the small problem into a major problem by waiting 3 hours to call me. I don't get it.

    I just happen to believe what is more important, is that you do your best and work hard no matter what it is in life.
    I have seen some very intelligent people that were no more than lazy bumbs, so what good were all those brains.

    That is a great question. I used to work in a high tech industry, but also had to interface with a lot of professional people. I seen guys that were super smart but did not interface well with others. A lot of those people were eventually let go because if you get enouph of your customer base mad at you pretty soon you have no more business. So yes in some cases social skills are important.

    Try an actual shed antler (instead of a cut off one) if you didn't already. The pedicle where it was attached to the deer is what my dog looooooooves.
