    Thanks for asking, Not as good as I expected but I'm not in "INTENSE" pain any more. It's filling with fluid again and it causes a stiffness and light pain. The Dr. I saw kinda wrote me off, I think maybe it's because of Tri-care. They don't pay worth a "crap" to Dr.s, Its basically take it or leave it in the $$ department for payment to them. I'm seeking out another opinion now that I have three holes in my knee. On the flip side, He did take out a huge amount of arthritis gunk from in and under the knee cap, I saw all the really cool pics!

    Wow, sorry to hear that. I know how that fluid filled stiffness works. Hopefully the clean-out will give you some addl. time. Take her slow and easy.

    July 17th I got the surgery done. Doc said give it three days and I'll be up and moving fine, "well I was" then it swelled again.:(:picard:

    Packing up the r-pod (cute wing shaped RV) to go camping for a couple of days. More like shopping and truck work getting done but a chance to get away without long days driving. Haven't used the r-p0d in a year so it should be fun. Last week of holidays.

    Had a great time in Hallowell... the boys sounded good. Had fun catching up with a couple of old friends who were playing. It was awful hot but we found a shade tree that helped. Summer fun... AC felt gooder on the way home... :dennis:

    Went for a good walk/run this morning. About 3.8 miles. Baptism went smooth and was able to see some of the extended fam for a bit. Took it easy for a while after that. May have been, as my friend calls it, a little lay down involved. :whistle: Then mowed some of the lawn.

    I am not an avid football fan, but I do not mind it. Dark day here with frequent storms, almost comforting the Bronco's are on.
