It seems that it is just the way it is nowadays. Courtesy is out the window. Stuff happens, but a quick call or text letting someone know your going to be late or not make it at all goes a long way. People think more about themselves, than how it affects others.

That video looked simple enough for him to do, I can imagine how long it would take me to do

And that is exactly what I was thinking Jon.

I received text and phone calls before the appointment. And one hour before I received a text that said it started raining here. Do you want to reschedule to later date? I responded and said, No, It only sprinkled here and lets get it done. (Because the walk and discussion would have taken about 45 minutes to an hour.) I received no text or phone calls back after that. Nothing. I waited until noon for them, and then was here the rest of the day working on things in the yard/garage. Nothing.

No matter what the situation or problem was, even if they decided they didn't want the job before they even looked at it, they could of just sent me simple text or phoned and said we won't be making it.

    Nothing. :picard:

Well I did split some more wood today. And some yesterday. I also took the backhoe off the tractor yesterday and put the brush hog on it. Did some mowing around the path until I got to a couple sections that were too wet. They will have to wait until it dries up a little more.

Hopefully sometime I can find time to do some work on those trails later this summer and through the fall. If I can get some of those areas built up and leveled off with proper drainage, then we would be able to use it year round.

    A little at a time.

We did see the regular version. No 3D. Good special effects.

I'm losing my grape crop for the second year in a row. Rot is setting into the clusters. Part of it may have been my lack of pruning some of the new growth back in the spring. We had a wet summer that is not helping.

My plan is to remove the bad clusters, and pick the rotten ones off the strong clusters. I removed a bunch of the foliage on each runner to get more air in between. I'll see how it goes.

    After.

Here I am! Is there a problem understanding common yoopenese or what?
The "eh" that is pronounced on the end of just about every line that us yoopers speak sounds more like ay of the word hay. I don't know exactly who thought of the "eh" spelling to achieve that sound, but I'll bet it was a yooper with a limmited nahledge of spleling, eh?

Awwww crap. After a brief tutorial, the wife now commands the Polaris 6x6.
After learning the shift pattern, when to engage the front diff. in reverse, turning radius, etc.- she's claimed it as hers.
I will post something on the album when she let's me. Her laughter riding that thing made my weekend. :D

I've seen a video of the 6x6 with tracks in super deep snow. The thing looks unstoppable with those long tracks on the rear.

Caffeine, then doing a drive by estimate for a lawn, then off to clean up a bank repo lawn. Need a mosquito suit. It's 3 foot grass with an abandoned in ground pool aka cesspool. Back yard is small and my equipment won't fit thru the gate so it's getting weedwacked.

    Sounds fun.

We had an account years ago that had standing water in the whole yard for most of the year. The mosquitos were unbelievable and it was hell on the equipment. I guess it paid good though.

One day after burying the mower 3 times and getting 642 bug bites I told my boss if we keep the account he has to mow it his Damm self. We dropped the account.
