    Your right and I had the same feeling when I finished the deck this morning. Originally it was going to be a simple 6x8 shed and it was quickly changed into a 7x9.
    I just had enough of the footings to catch.

    Getting some caffeine going, then it's time to go up and visit my parents and then make a run to the dump for them and us this morning. Then off to work for a bit.

    Later today I'm taking my wife out to dinner and a movie to celebrate an important occasion. On Sunday, since the day we were married, thirteen years have gone by. :jaw: Since then, we have had three children together, twin boy and girl who are now at 11 y.o., and one girl at 8 y.o. Two other children of hers were already young adults at about 18 and 20 when we married, and my daughter was only about 9 years old at the time! She is now 23 and living out on her own down in the Southeast! For my wife's two children, one lives on the West coast(he must be 33ish and has two kids) and the other also in the Southeast (and she must be 31ish and has two kids). And a lot of great experiences have happened! We met a little late in life, but we are just getting started. :thumbs:

    (I have owned this house for 21 years now! And in that time, the work that has been done to it:faint:, the wood that has been processed and burned to heat it, and the money that has been put into to this house! :eek: wait :bug:)

    After breakfast with the Bride, headed off to a auction in the local area. Highlight of the sale for me is a couple of Stihl saws and a 1978 Ford F 150 pickup with power angle snow plow. Like to latch onto that for the yard here. They also have a 25 ton Wallenstein Splitter up on the block, but since I bought my new 27 ton Ariens last fall, that one can go to someone else's home. Everybody have a good and safe day.....................:thumbs:

    Pool is untarped and all extras are reinstalled. Now... I've got redo the flooring to the deck before we can bring the chairs and table out.... :headbang:... I did it about 4 years ago. But this time it'll require a more thorough redo...:picard:....
