We took off the rest of this week to help out my parents Fri/Sat/Sun. My dad is on oxygen 24/7 and not doing well and my mom has been taking care of him. Unfortunately she broke her ankle a couple weeks ago so my sister has been staying with them the last couple weeks. She is going to be out of town several days so we are heading over for a long weekend with them. Today I'm just sitting in front of the wood stove on a hundred year old rocker and vegetating while consuming Christmas leftovers, cookies and candies. Might go into a hyperglycemic coma here soon ... but not a bad way to go.

I thought I posted this in morning. But I must have not hit the post reply button. :emb:Dam.

Well, between the house and camp, I have lots of projects I want to work on while on vacation. I will get started a little bit today. But the wife wants to go shopping. She wanted a couple gift cards so she could buy some clothes after Christmas while they are on sale. So she wants me to take her shopping today. :( And we are taking the kids whenever we do go.(Please, help me guys.) I WANT TO GO CUT WOOD! Or clean the garage while listening to music. Or work on the camp for a while.

Well, I guess we might as well get this done. I will do some work cleaning the garage this morning and then take them around 10ish. That will put us there at 11ish and that means a good lunch at a restaurant for all! Good times!

Update: We went to Watertown. Man, I got a chance to see their ice situation. A lot more trees down and a ton more bent way over. We did see one large tree that was broke right in half and landed on someone's front porch. But it actually looked like they got lucky in a way. It did not do any structural damage to the roof so therefor probably none to the main house. They have quite a mess down that way. I should have taken some pictures. But weather was not good. I was regretting going. We were getting some snow, but not much. And it was suppose to be 1-2". So it wasn't too bad. But just enough to make the road slippery and the trip longer. Home safe and had a nice meal at Red Lobster, got a gift card from my oldest daughter. Good times!

And here is what was up today Jack. The garage stayed in the 52f range with the heater running at half when we where finished.

We sealed the outside as well with rubber door seals but tomorrow I need to seal the top as well. Once that's done this should really work well. No more freezing the bum off! And thanks for the foam idea! It works spectacularly well aside from being butt ugly but who cares its warm.

The foam was the other Jack's idea .

Do you have to worry about running that heater if the garage is sealed up really good?o_O

Actually yes I had to open the side door because it was using up all the oxygen fast. Once the door was cracked all was well however.

Well in that case, I'm chit canning my wood boiler then. Because these two dogs in my living room could heat this big friggin house! Oh god! Dog farts!

I'm forced out of my own living room. Oh. Wait. What do we have here?

Not bad. Not bad at all. Those friggin dogs are still going outside!

mathematics : the number in a fraction that is below the line and that divides the number above the line

Because it has to do with "below" the line. As Ed McMahon use to say on the tonight show. "You are correct Sir!"

LOFL. I really like that crock pot. It is the time of year I need to make a Chili. I haven't made one in many, many, months. Time to get cookin with gas!
