She just loves to shriek IS. It's her breed. She's got plenty of SA too but, throw a ball and she shrieks like her azz is on fire... all the way to get it, then, stuffed in her mouth, still shriekin all the way back... :D Never seen a dog do that. She's actually about 80% better than when she was a pup... :picard: Gettin' her yaa yaas out I guess... :hair:

I don't know Stinnster, I kinda agree with IS about the separation anxiety. When I leave the house and don't take the Bear, he howls long and loud to voice his displeasure. I think Giz is just displaying Happy,Happy.....Happy to be around you. You should be proud.............

Ha... I do like it when she wants to hang around with me...... it's just the 110 decibels of high pitched metal piercing audio that blows outa her bite hole that gets... old... :BrianK::D

I Gotta agree with you Rotti, when I leave the house both my boxers do the same thing. I get this 'guilt trip' looking faces on both of them before I even go out the door. One consolation is they have each other and do well alone compared to when we only had one 7 years ago. I try to take them with me as much as I can. This morning they came to my wood lot while I split my rounds.

Why is it that oysters taste amazing raw and like the bottom of the ocean cooked?

Maybe cooking enhances the flavor of the "bottom of the ocean" which was what the oysters had for breakfast.

I have had 6 dogs that all lived a long time. #5 has separation anxiety, I have never seen it before him (he came to me in 2006)......and he shrieks like Giz, the decibals blow my eardrums :hair:

My springer has SA when separate from my beagle mutt. It's bad like he can just be outside and he gets all antsy.

Amazing how our dogs feel about us. They are called man's best friend for a reason. If you don't believe me, try locking your dog and your wife in the trunk of your car. Open up the trunk after half an hour and see which one is happier to see you............................ :bug:

    Yep. Slurp them raw!

My wife will only eat oysters grilled, or bbq'd as she and and the Californians call it.

Back to cutting and splitting this morning. From where I'm sitting there's not a cloud in the sky, so things are looking good so far. My wife has an job interview with a new firm today, fingers crossed all goes well.
