Gave the canine his semi annual shave and a bath. Changed the oil on the truck. About to sit down and have a beer and design a chicken tractor.

Got 11 new neighbors tonight...Holstein heifer calves.

Yup, agree with all said above! (Also had to change the pilot assembly in the boiler, by the way...) The gas control of the boiler was adapted by merely changing the pressure regulator spring from a LP spring to a NAT spring...and re-setting the pressure down to 3.5 IWC at the manifold. The homeowner elected to go with a 2# system for his main so we had to get pressure reducing regulator also. Must have a lot of plans for future use!
At some point, they will be getting a NAT gas water heater since buying a conversion kit for an LP to NAT seems to be unheard of. Then, it'll just be a case of connecting the main (with another reducing regulator) to the water heater...

Soon headed out for the charter. Just as well as it is raining fairly heavy right now. Hopefully I might get home with enough time to get some cutting in later. Everybody have a safe day.

Taking a break at camp now and waiting for this wind to go away. Just cleaned the pellet stove and fired it back up.

Shave the lab to cut down on the shedding and keep him cool. He loves it. Seems to help from getting hot spots in the summer too. I'll do it again toward the end of August.

I'll take some tonight. Grows back in a couple weeks. Doesn't look weird at all IMO.

That should make it a bit easier to see any ticks too. Little bastages.

Well I tired myself out today working in the woods. I wish I could do that everyday. It is time for one cold beer and more of this relaxing in the chair thing. Then I have to make some dinner for everyone. My wife and the girls will be back from dance in an hour. And they will be hungry.

Yeah, I'd like to see pics. Is he a purebred?

I've had a couple purebred labs, and never have thought about having them clipped. Labs = lots of shedding. Typically that is. Our current lab has a thinner fur, and doesn't shed much at all.
