A cold -19f this morning. Wind chills will drop lower than -30...but as the temps rise, the wind will pick up.
Yes, the eldorado is lit and I'm going to re-string some vertical blinds this morning. Good morning for the workshop!

Holy crow, the temp has dropped 8 deg here in the last 45 mins.
    I thought I ordered 32 deg for 2 days!

Sorry,we asked for the warmer weather 2 days in a row, and only got 27 for a high on Saturday. Sunday was single digits.

You are getting our hand me downs, and slapped with the snow too.

We are not getting the show you are out east though. Stop hogging all the snow, we could use a bit of it here! ;)

Vertical blinds. The cord had just worn out and was frayed to the point of breaking. I placed an order to "fix my blinds" (after doing some research) and jumped into it.
Trying to think of a "cute" answer to the second question and I think I'll just pass.....

Well I took my father to Syracuse for another eye appointment. Feel bad for him, he can't do anything that would cause any strain what so ever. Been that way for 3 weeks now. No lifting, no driving. Guy is going bonkers. Hopefully by next week it will have healed enough he can stop going down there. Been going twice a week. Luckily he has a lot of kids who are taking turns bringing him there and back.

I got the pellet stove at camp cleaned out and roaring again for our cold temperatures tonight and tomorrow. It ran good last night and today. So I shut it down and got it cleaned out before the -13 tonight with a wind chill to make it -30ish real feel.:picard:But if it kills some bugs, EAB and TICKS, I'll take it!

I heard -30* for several days to kill rocky mountain pine beetle. Hope your beetles are not as hardy.

Ya. I read you need those temperatures or better to have a high kill rate for the EAB. Don't know, but I have not had those temperatures here this winter. Last winter we had several days of -25- -27ish. Hopefully some of the little bastages cells froze solid and burst.
