Changed the transmission fluid in my Civic this morning...this applied. I had to remove like 10 push clips, 3 bolts, and the air filter box just to get to the fill port.

Just gave WWW a haircut, it's killer, looks awesome! Perfect wave above his forehead. He's really going gray up front, the salt and pepper is so handsome and so fitting. Important appt in an hour, praying it goes well.

I get it, but kinda sounds like at this point we just need to be happy to not have one of those new sealed/unserviceable transmissions that seem to be catching on with OEMs! Lifetime lube...PFFT! :hair::mad:

Chrysler was good about installing the tube but no dipstick. Just a plug.

Need your fluid level checked? That'll be $45.

Nah, he's just plain badass, and knows his niche of the industry inside & out. But his hair has basically been Don King since we moved here from the wind so I hope it gave him a boost in his mojo :)

Mine isn't nearly long enough. Still in drought from last year. The ground froze very early and then all the snow pack melted before the ground thawed (had absolutely zero mud season). Didn't even get an inch of moisture in April; it snowed once, then had like 3 "rains" of 1/16" or less and one misting event. Did get 3/8" a few days ago, but the majority of mornings the air is too dry to even bother dropping dew on the grass. River has been very low for th elast two months and never got a good amount in it during spring thaw.

Yesterday I hooked up the garden hoses for the season and watered the shrubs I planted last July before they die from lack of moisture. This is the irst year I've watered any existing plants before end of July.

Just started another fire in the stove. It shouldn't be too long now before we won't need more heat.

The dealrship where I tried out the rav4 is calling me.

They wanted to know why I wasn't happy with their proposal and the vehicle. They are offering a different vehicle now but I told them to give me a "realistic" trade in value.

It's nice to be in a position where I don't have to buy another vehicle....just kicking tires.

Yes, that's a good feeling. Needing something ASAP is not. Been there done that.

Yes but the civics have super easy and well thought out engine oil change drain and oil filters. Win some, lose some

I'm close to being at mow #4 this season. That's got nothing to do with me getting a new mowing machine this year. It would have grown with all the rain we got in April regardless.

Oh and the hummingbirds are back! I put up a both of my feeders about two weeks ago and I just saw a few hummingbirds tonight at the feeders. This weekend is flower shopping and planting. I got 2 nice hanging baskets, one a nice begonia and the other a fuschia.
