My buddy and I say in a kei truck that was at the boat show last weekend. We're both 6'4" and about the same weight. This regular cab one wouldn't been unbearable to drive more than about 5 minutes. Of course it was manual. The steering wheel was pretty much on my thighs. The seat was all the way back on the track and tilt, and the steering wheel was tilted up as far as it could go up.

The extended cab versions sound good though. Screenshot_20260123-210350.png

    That I could deal with.

Now our state apparently isn't allowing even the jdm 25 yr old units that have been legally imported, to be licensed for road use. That's a new thing, because I used to see a couple around town, and there's a guy locally that imports then and sells them.

The ones locally and that one at the boat show were 9k, which is on the high end of price, considering that you can get a new one in Japan for around that.

Suzuki....some say they're junk, but we've abused them with not much complaint in return.

The extended cab version would be kinda neat.

Every time I think about selling my Suzuki carry, I think about all the stuff I'd have to do without it!

The kitchen window, which was particularly unsightly even as uncased windows go, and all 3 front porch windows are now cased. Little steps, big progress.

Suzuki makes a lot of great products. We only got a couple of new cars from Suzuki here in the US. Esteem, sx4, samurai. What else? The samurai was really good and you'll see them out in the wild still, usually off roading.
If I were to buy an outboard motor or 2, I'd get Suzuki. I know, the Mercury HQ could probably hear me say that. Now if I had to have motors bigger than the 350 HP V8s that Suzuki makes, I would have a hard time deciding between Yamaha and Merc. Over 450 HP then you have no choice and it's Merc only 450-600 HP because nobody else makes ones that big. Honda's in there too, 350 HP tops.

I certainly wouldn't need anything that big.

We had, and it was I the family before I came along, an old 9.9 Suzuki. Thing sunk, and then started up and drove the refloated boat home. Never won any races but got the job done.

10ºF outside today so far. That's kinda cold on the face. I used to ski in this and enjoyed the cold.

They've been "trimming" my bushes. Usually they can't reach and there's better stuff for them when there's no snow cover but once snow weights them down and covers the ground, they get at em. Except the bushes are covered in snow and almost every bite shakes the branches enough for snow to fall on them and sometimes it's a pretty large amount.
