    I haven't checked the rain gauge since Monday morning but will this morning because the rain has stopped. We have a 50% chace of more today but I think if we get any it will be light.

    Some snow in UP and Canada just above Superior and the Soo.

    Work has finally calmed down and I have my head back above water. I have been living out of a suitcase for about the last 2 months.

    Looking forward to getting back out in the woods every so often, especially now that the weather feels like fall.

    Well after watching Indiana handle UCLA, i helped my wood hoarder neighbor with my tractor to move a dozer engine from his shop, back to his father’s, where it came from originally. Still had the 9 foot rotary mower on the back, and the counterweight was needed.
    Just watching football since then. Agenda tomorrow is to watch the Colts . So nothing productive planned a while

    3rd or 4th mowing of the leaves accomplished yesterday. Have a few trees still hanging onto their leaves, so one more mowing next weekend should take care of it - assuming no huge winds come from an odd direction and blow them all out from the tree line or shrub gardens, or snow doesn't fall so I can't mow. Also took the deadfall and stalks cleaned up from the gardens to the dump's brush pile.
