Energy drinks will rot out your intestines. I know a guy who drinks them like they are going out of style and has had to have a few feet of his removed.

He uses his toes! LOFL. Sorry.

He usually has 3-4 cups in morning before he even leaves for work. Then 2-3 during the day. Then maybe 1-2 after work. So prolly more like 8-10. He's a nut-job. LOL

Ya. When I use to drink them I did not drink a lot of them. And they were only the small Red Bulls. I can't believe the guys that drink the 16 oz ers. And realized I did not feel better when I was drinking them. Didn't take long to cut them out altogether.

Right where I want to be.
One cup at a time....one after the other.
LONG time coffee drinker here, and used to drink 2 carafes/day or more.
I'm down to 2-3 cups/day now and should only be drinking one to two, but I really enjoy my java in the morning.

Sitting here injesting my morning caffeine and watching the fire. On the road today delivering parts for my buddy's auto recycling yard. One of his regular drivers is off for a few days so I am doing the fill-in. Kinda of a neat gig as you meet some really interesting guys out there trying to keep every ones vehicles rollin on down the road. Should be a great day.

Fire is going nicely in the stove. -6 this morning. We have yet more snow on the way for Sun/Mon. Portland could see another 12". Without any warm days to help melt a little of it, they've got some big problems. No room for the snow banks. They were talking about snow plowing and I thought, yeah right. Snow bucketing into dump trucks is more like it now. Snow blowers have been the snow removal weapon this season for sure. Gotta push back some mountains of snow here today if it gets above 10.

I need to move some banks today as well Stinny. And hopefully some logs. The tractor will get a workout today. I may need to go get some diesel as well.

Good morning, boys and girls. A cool 17 degrees and overcast.
Nothing planned for today, I hauled another ton or so of gravel yesterday, haven't cut any firewood this week, down to about 7 cords in the shed.
Coffee at hand and in no hurry to start my day!

Just ease into it. Have to do some more running this morning, myself. Not the jogging kind.
