    Boo, the Grinch sent the flu to our house for Christmas. Kiddo was well enough yesterday, very nice Christmas morning :) Unfortunately WWW crashed and burned last night. Fingers crossed I don't get it.

    I NAILED Christmas Gifts this year, seeing their eyes light up fills my heart :)

    Well, instead of cooking turkey, we are curing firebrick for the Vedolux in the oven today. Dean from Smokeless Heat recommended firebrick protection for the lower part of the unit so campinspecter has designed a specialized firebrick for the application.

    That’s an older picture. No snow except the top of Katahdin now. Bare ground all across the county. Makes me happy, I have to go to Fort Kent in the morning.

    Did anybody score anything good today at the Boxing Day sales? I bought a cheap air compressor from Cambodian Tire. (Canadian tire). Almost needed to buy a fridge but we fixed ours on Saturday with red tek and a bullet piercing valve.

    We had a very nice Christmas, and by the end of the day my wife was coming down with some type of respiratory thingy. Then my daughter started with it late last night. I’m staying outside as much as I can and away from them! (Today was so warm I was outside from about 8 am until 6 pm. Some of it in a short sleeve shirt loading fires.) Fortunately they are not too bad off. I Yi Yi!
