I think that is the key...just get to a weight that you feel good at...never mind someone's else's ideal for you...we are all built different, and different ethnicities in our makeup...some skinny build, some more stocky...I think finding your best weight for you is key.
I think if I lost 20-30 lbs it might erase a few years worth of age, as far as how I feel day to day...especially since my job can be fairly physical at times.

Fiesta Pete rides again! I found a 2011 fiesta in mint condition. The guy went through it completely and fixed everything that needed to be fixed. Had it completely detailed and babied it. It was for his daughter, but she didn’t want it and handed the key back to him. They put 70 miles on it from the time they bought it till they sold it to me.. I got it last night in Dearborn Michigan drove 2 hours and 17 minutes back to my house without a single hiccup. The only problem I found on the entire car is the interior accessory light, but doesn’t work and that’s it and I could care less about floor lighting while I’m driving. There is one tiny little paint chip on the hood that I need to fix. Other than that the paint looks like factory has been very well taken care of. The car is fully loaded for a Fiesta. The only thing I don’t like so far is it has push button start and I’ve only got one key fob.

    gotta love voice to text!

Go close to the big lakes and enjoy the midges! Super thick this year. My car changed color on the front end.

That steak, eggs, hot tomato salad with one english muffin tasted pretty darn good after a chit load of wraps with lettuce, back on the treadmill for 12 or 15 minutes.

I told the wife tonight that I would make stuffed shells after this weight loss bender I'm on is done.

We'll won't make the same amount in the picture, we'll cut it in half. My problem was snacking at night, hopefully that is done and have a few good meals a week with maybe one 15 minute session a day on the treadmill.

Thought I’d treat myself to a pizza tonight…

hunts pizza at the truck stop and they had a much larger menu to choose from. So I got 2-meat platter. And got burnt ends and brisket…

    yeah it’ll be two meals.

and the truck is broke again. Got 30-miles down the road and the emissions went to a critical de rate and shut the truck down. I’ll find out what’s going on tomorrow better

My favorite food was always at the truck fuel island at Petro:whistle: they have a really good food counter and I could get a good meal with reward points a couple times a month!

It was very good, I didn't make it this past winter so we'll do a few things different (recipe wise) and make it the second or third week in June.

This summer we'll make some food that we might have during the holiday season, gotta make sure they taste good. They'll be something we've never made before and some will be things we usually cook during December or just before Christmas.

Gotta start planning the festive season meals.

Rain today. But I managed to get a few things done inside. And watched a movie with my son. Darkest Hour. Then got some exercise and went to see my daughter’s band concert. She is in high school band, Brass Ensemble, and Jazz Band. Plays Trumpet for first two and Bass Guitar for Jazz Band. They sounded great. They have a great music teacher!

Yeah, I’ve got over $200 in points at flying J now. I don’t buy many meals because of that
