So sad, is it being careless or ignorant. Either way, tragedy is in the making.

That picture of the lab looking at you really got to me. My labs are now gone and I really miss them. I do have a wonderful dog now, but nothing will ever take the place of our labs.

I thought those stories told were very strange. Didn't really know how to react to the many events told.

Ended up back into the hospital (VA Togus Me.) Admitted to their special care unit. ( ICU,CCU). This time my heart was racing, BP fell and pulse way up It settled down in the hospital. I was sent home on a monitor that records my heart beats so they can catch the irregular heart beats. Had pressure, left arm tingling. Cold and sweating. On so many medications, I have to read them from a list because I can't remember them all. Happy to still be among the living. I've lost 34 lbs since Nov. Still have a long ways to go to be anywhere near a reasonable wt.

A lot of what he came up with was a figment of his imagination! A good friend who I grew up with knows him. He has a lot to say.

I'm sorry Larry. We've had 9 dogs and the last two which you've seen, Blackie and Blondie have been hardest for me out of all (put them down 2020). We have a great doggie too now but still the last two like crazy.

    Oh Larry I'm sorry.

Not sure if applicable but my neighbors took a kitchen silverware drawer and he separated her meds with dividers (like whole shims, not tapered) and wrote days and times on the caps. And an alarm clock dinger, so even I could find the correct ones and get them out for her. Personally I got am/pm 2 week sorter but they make them for am/noon/pm too. Some of my pills came in double mg's so they were cut in 1/2. I did 2 weeks at a time every 2 weeks. Maybe something like that could work for you?

Also, I got tired of writing down all my meds evertime I was sent to a new specialist so I typed them on the computer and printed out a copy so I didn't have to remember the generic names/mg's/frequency if that might help too.

campinspecter carries a list I made similar to wildwest's idea. Any nurse usually just takes the list and photo copies it to add to the file. I printed it on heavier paper in an size to fit into his wallet.

You've done great at losing weight, keep it up!

Hopefully this episode was just an anomaly and you are back to "normal" soon.
