Yes… the time frame is likely going to get moved up 24-30 months as a result. we were planned on 2026 building. It will likely be this summer/ fall now.

Well some type of stomach bug or flu has infiltrated the piney household . Little piney #2 came down with it Sunday afternoon and it started really showing it's ugly head last night. At the same time last night it hit Mrs piney really bad. I started getting achy this afternoon along with some chills but my body usually fights this stuff off pretty well. Thankfully little piney #1 is still symptom free. Wish us luck!!
Thanks buddy. The Mrs and #2 seem to be feeling a little better already. Hopefully it's just a quick hitter. I've got a lot of grilling/smoking plans this weekend so I better be able to eat it!

Well, they're often used on vehicles will all disc, an internal drum only for the parking brake. They're still much easier to use as a park brake than discs. Summer helps....but I'd still rather work on discs.
