    He was ok after the fall, but he stayed away from those meds. Grip bars are a big help as we get older. Install them as soon as you can as you have them already. I too wish I had the muscle tone of when I was younger. Lots of things I can’t do anymore and I’m still trying to figure out how to accept it. Feel better, and remember, no merry go rounds!

    She was on, she had one leg over the side pushing with it, thus how it kept getting faster :hair: (she had 5 years of practice on it from going to that school and yikes was she good at it!)

    Here's a pic of the splits of the 4 rounds (20") that I managed to salvage. The darker pile in the background is willow that I cut last summer and is used for the fire pit.
