I’m pretty much done with ladders myself. Last time I tried an extension ladder I missed the last three steps. Wife was not happy.

I broke a tooth this morning and of course can't do a danged thing about it until monday morning.....hopefully!

And after pulling the minnow traps I set, I've picked off four wood ticks that hitched a ride home with me......so far.

But the weather is nice.

Why does stuff like breaking a tooth seem to always happen on weekends? Hope it’s an easy fix.

I'm always up early, I wake up naturally anywhere between 2 and 3:30 in the morning.

    Congrats on the new grandchild!

I don't miss the ticks. Broken teeth are not good.

Ended up finding a total of 5 ticks on me yesterday! I haven't had that many in the last five years! :picard:

I didn't fish last night for the opener. I used to do that at midnight but now-a-days.....

Woke up to hearing someone with their boat at my dock. I dressed and went down there to fish for awhile and they left right away with no words. (almost daylight) It wouldn't be the first time that my minnows "disappeared" from my minnow buckets tied to the dock.

Bummer on the tooth. I've cracked a molar in my sleep from not wearing my bite guard. Of course it was the weekend and ended up needing a root canal.

Other things that crop up on weekends....

Yesterday the spring on one of our garage doors broke. Cables unwound and are laying beside the door. At least its the truck side so we aren't in need of daily usage.

Enjoyed a day w/ saw friends in central PA yesterday. View was awesome as usual. In all these years of gtg's, this is the first time we had rain. The good part is it just brought us all closer under canopy.

Bumper crop of those fr#&€£in mosquitoes and black flies. :hair:
Pretty much surrendered to the bazturds today after a long day yesterday trying to ignore them. My legs and arms look like I have chicken pox or something today.
Did I say it was hot? I'm all set for summer, c'mon fall:yes:
Whining fest over, "adjustments" are difficult for me. :)

Had to go to the wife’s moms house in Sherman yesterday morning. We hit a hatch of something on 95 just north of Medway. Helped out the ATV club too doing a community cleanup. Yup black bastage flies have started.

The heavy rains finally moved in again today, we needed it so it's a good thing.
