    It's a little depressing isn't it? They'll happen....

We have had crocus up for a couple weeks, and that's it. My new trees I planted in fall are budding up, so I'll take that for now.

Dad had a cross threaded lug nut, on a stud that was stripped out of its spline. Had to drill it out yesterday morning, couldn't get it out any other way. That's always fun...

Then, slugging the gyprock and plywood. This afternoon, I did some logging. Got one tree down, and another mostly limbed out. Have to be careful harvesting the trunk too. Big maple. Close to my power line. One limb I had to rig ropes to make sure it didn't fall on the power line. Most of that work from a big adjustable ladder. Time consuming.

I'm a bit stuff and sore now....

Got rained out, but it was almost 6 PM anyway. Looking forward to getting the logs chopped up and on the mill. That's the fun part. :saw:

Couldn't you have used a nut buster and pounded the stud out?

My wife heard something about power of attorney being a good idea for married couples? Is this true? Anyone have any experience?
We are both in good health, early 30's, and 1 kid if that matters.
I generally thought that was something that was pretty serious and saved for late life or like hospice stuff. Maybe everyone is doing it these days...
