I'm thinking framed on site. I could be wrong.

I know many framed-on-site houses with a similar pitch. I definitely didn't build them, I prefer a minimum 6/12 pitch, 9/12-12/12 being best.
Ad doesn't seem to say for sure though.

But hey, makes no difference to me which it actually is, still a nice house. Not what I'd build from scratch, but few houses are.

By eye looks to be about a 3/12 pitch; which here is a sign of truck transported housing. It has to do with height limits on roads. Most builders here (USA) generally use 5/12 as a minimum because it’s easier/cheaper to correctly insulate the eve. Another clue is icicles on front.. sign of heat loss

effects me not but as you seen interested in housing I thought I would share:handshake:

I got the mower out and started getting ready for spring. Ran the mower on lowest setting to cut grass around areas I want to control burn. Burned a small patch off.

Changed the engine oil and filter. Put tire slime in rear tires that have slow leaks. Found a piece of barbed wire in sidewall that will need plugged. Ordered stuff to change hydraulic transmission oil and filters.

Took Honda pilot to dealership for recall work on hood.

Got a free Stihl Ms 180c from brother in law. After cleaning fuel tank I got it to run, idle, and cut some hedge.

Split about a cord of oak the last couple of days. Had the kids stack it. We've almost made up half of what we burned this winter.

Checked on beehive real quick. Didn't open it up but I have bees gathering pollen.

Man I love the daylight lasting past 6pm

Well that is odd. I don't think I've had that happen - and I've paid off several vehicles over the last 9 years. Lets see, there were 2 Explorers ('04 & '14), the Harley, and the '018 Focus.

Well, credit scores affect more things than borrowing money such as insurance rates. I took out a short term loan in order to get an additional $1k off my purchase price when I bought the Ford Focus (which I later sold for what I bought it for). I had to keep the loan for 3 months - and I paid it off shortly after that. Those were the good old days (2018) when cars weren't in short demand though, incentives were everywhere.

Also, watching your credit score can alert you to stolen identities. Not that I keep an eagle eye on mine, but I do check every 6-8 weeks thru a free service. They also email me if a new line of credit, or credit inquiry is made.

It said that my credit mix now lacks different types of credit. So the way I see it is if I bought a new truck and refinanced the house my score would skyrocket. Aint happening.

Definitely a good point, and you could be right. 3 was my best guess too. Roughly a 4/12 (some may be 5, a few 3) seems to be the most common pitch for houses in that age group (that one is a 1976 build), at least here. A fair amount of our older, traditional style houses, pre-insulation era, have very shallow pitch roofs, almost flat. What we call a salt box, which is different than what's called a salt box in your area, I gather. To me a steep roof looks better and makes more sense, sheds rain and snow easier and gives you extra useable living space if desired.

My main point is I do nothing to change it as I do not use credit and pay any bills on time. It is what it is.

So far, the only thing around here that isn't still white is the gravel driveway. Today we have a layer of ice to deal with.
