    99: do you want brownies?

Me: No, don't make them. I shouldn't be eating that stuff.

    99: Brownies are ready!

    Me: chomp chomp

They also use the assessment dollar amount the town or county base your house taxes on. How they came up with two buildings at different guesstimates is anyone’s guess.

Truth, but still funny my home is listed twice, :loco:  They obviously do not use county assessor records. Only thing I can come up with is if somehow when we stayed in the 5th wheel during remodel in the back yard in 2014. Who knows.

Agree, pretty funny for 2 and even funnier one is worth more than the other

Well, they do and they don't. My house is assessed at $126k (per my tax bill in December). Zillow & Trulia have it set at about $215k - which is probably pretty close since a neighbor sold his house for $220 last summer after listing for $200k (comparable houses - except no inside work has been done to neighbor's, so original 1960's interior). Other sites have my house value at $194k.

That is weird - but maybe you have it right on the use of the 5th wheel

We have several Amish communities around here. We had them build our barn. They will have that back up and running in no time.

Lots done today. Made and replaced intake gasket in boiler. Smoked a ham and venison front quarter. Sharpened 7 chains. Cut and spit for about an hour.

    Deer fajitas for dinner.

Got outside and played with the pup. He's pretty good at catching the frisbee, and returning it to me most times. He's pretty athletic for an English Labrador, doing some all out runs and jumping to catch it before it hits the ground. Hauled a gorilla cart full of firewood from the shed to my patio. I have 2 rows at the patio which is box elder, elm, some ash, and fir in that patio stack. That's for end of season SS wood.

We have a gym inside our new office in town, so I signed up for some training that the company pays for as a benefit. We'll see how long I do that. Bare minimum I'll use the equipment on my own, but use of a free trainer for a bit is good so I know what to use and how to use the equipment.

A small circular sawmill, it will be going on a track and be able to do the same job as a table saw but more safely. Good use of a motor that was hardly used but the body of the chopsaw had nonetheless taken a lot of damage

    I'll keep you posted.

Hopefully I'll soon get further with the truck too. The temperature is not favorable this time of the year :shiver:
