Yup. And as soon as I get my hairs cut (what's left of them anyway:rofl: ) and a couple of errands run this morning I'm going out to cut some wood with the Echo CS 680!

I wouldn't be out cutting in this. That wind is nasty.

A WIND CHILL WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST THURSDAY.

    * TIMING: VERY COLD WIND CHILLS WILL BEGIN THIS MORNING AND WORSEN
    TODAY INTO LATE THURSDAY MORNING.

    * OTHER IMPACTS: STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CAUSE SOME BLOWING
AND DRIFTING OF SNOW ON THE GROUND.

    * WIND CHILL VALUES: THIS MORNING WIND CHILLS WILL DROP TO
AROUND 15 TO 20 BELOW ZERO. NORTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE
LATER THIS MORNING AND TEMPERATURES WILL PLUMMET...THIS WILL
ALLOW WIND CHILL VALUES TO REACH 25 TO 30 BELOW ZERO AT TIMES
    THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING.

I'll see what it is like. Your correct, the wind is nasty. It's up and down here. There is some places in the woods I can get out of it. Or at least it is less.

Went to get a hair cut. They are booked until 10. Ugh. Oh well, back home and that gives me enough time to bring in a bunch of wood before I go back.

-35 to -40 wind chills here today. With the exception of shoveling and firing the OWB, I don't plan on anything outside. Inside though, a control cord on one set of vertical blinds decided to give up last evening. Taking a look at that today along with other minor putzing.

I have had it about 6 years. I have had problems with the roll pins falling out of the secondary tubes and the steal plate above the secondary bent. They did replace the parts under warranty. I put longer roll pins in the tubes this past fall. Sometimes I wish I had gotten the Liberty.

How are the 2 stoves different? What are the roll pins?

The Liberty is bigger, when its this cold out I wish I had one. The roll pins hold the secondary tubes in place.

Jacked my back up loading the salt spreader this am. Air temp 3deg. Wind chill -20. I Collapsed on ground. Took 5 minutes to get up and another 5 to get in truck. At least job was done and was just reloading for tonight.

Can't get into doc until 3pm and that's only because I biatched and told them I'm no pill junkie....I need actual help not drugs.

Gonna open carry my piece in there and scare all the blue hairs and nurses just because I can here in the good old hillbilly state of indiana.

Junkies, thanks for making medical professionals hesitant to help people.

Hope I don't end up in the hospital. ..I've never hurt my back before.

    Sorry, end rant.

Good morning, a crisp cool 5 degrees with a windchill of -14.
I clenched and closed with the out of doors yesterday 'til near 1100pm, testing me metal against the elements and tending the owb. Poking around at the garage stove and swilling an assortment of cold frosties has me feeling less than motivated today..all the snow is cleared off and I tended to 2 of the neighbors driveways.
I rectum the greedy hungry beast will need tending to so I'll put a feed bag on before heading outside.
Be safe in this cold and snow. Peace.
