My son had to put a fence around his garden. He used 4 strands of electric fence and T-posts. He made 1 side on each end with the gate handles, when he wants me to plow the garden with the tractor, he just opens both ends and I can drive all the way through.

Never heard of it until 2 or 3 years ago when my sister gave me some chicken flavored ones. Really not that bad despite being a bit sodium rich. Supposedly one of the makers uses/used a preservative on the noodles that may/may not be "good" for you. Haven't investigated validity - life's too short. Market Basket's a fairly large store so a third of an aisle is probably fairly accurate. It was a rather pink aisle that day. Funny pandemic tales for the grandkids.

Edit: "Never heard of it " is inaccurate, but I just don't have the energy to direct to being more succinct today/right now.

I bought two of those. One at home depot and one on Amazon. The one on Amazon had a dial that showed the humidity. The one from HD was without dials. Both cost the same. Go online for the filters. I bought a short hose that I connect to my sink faucet so I can just wheel the humidifier up to the sink and refill it without having to carry the water. Keep a flashlight handy so you can see the fill mark as you fill it up. If you overfill it, it will overflow out a little hole on the back.

Things like that make me believe in a higher power. It could have gone all so wrong.

The stores here have to ask everyone. I just reply, "I don't qualify for the senior discount yet, getting close though".

I really like this. I tried two different console ones since we moved here and both were hard for me to fill, one had bottle flask things and the other had a little flip open door, pitas. Last year I bought an "analog" portable swamp cooler that is awesome for me and it's actually almost the same thing. Except I think the cfm's are higher and the decibles. Suppose I could use that for a humidifier? Or would it counter all the heat my pellet stove is putting out?Hessaire MC18M Portable Evaporative Cooler – Gray, 1300 CFM, Cools 500 Square Feet - Walmart.com

We got two of these after years of a big noisy 12 gallon console unit. Still an evaporative style but 1.5 gallons each. We fill every couple days keeping it 40% humidity. IMG_20220106_160954310.jpg

Yup on the fil line. As soon as I saw that, I grabbed the permanent marker and marked an "easier to see" fill line on the left and right side.

I did see that overflow hole on the back of the unit also.

    Thanks!
