Caffeine! Going to give my wife a ride to work because her Enclave is in the shop. Some lady bumped into her at a light many weeks ago. Not much damage, and no injuries, but needs to be fixed.

Then it’s time to get going on bills, chores, exercise, and other stuff. Hopefully I will put tire chains on rear tires of tractor today as well.

The ground has firmed up a little. I might get a few hours work in moving clay/dirt before it gets too soft.:)

Was in fort Kent today. Tiny bit of snow, ton of ice. Had a couple ok snowfalls but warm rain last Saturday made it ice. Normally a couple feet on the ground right now.

    I finally have water...
I had a plumber come run a 1" line through the 2" line. The original line made it 7 years. It was run through rock and had so many failure points it is surprising it lasted as long as it did. Absolutely poor "craftsmanship" even for Appalachia. Good news is I have water. Cost a pretty penny but I'm over it.

What you will pay for water totally depends on how long you have been with out it!!!

Good. That was a long time for you to be without water. I know how upsetting it can be. Our line broke earlier this year. Had the whole thing dug up and new line put down. Our distance wasn't long at all. maybe 25-30 ft. We think frost and a rock were responsible. Under $1500 for the job.

60-75 mph wind gusts tonight until 1 am or so. Very warm out, it's still 61° and it nearly hit 70° today. Record temps.

I think I have everything battened down.

    I hope so.

Glad I got the dead ash trees down.
