The plan changed when we started as the neighbor realized the tree was past its time and got a hold of a pro which he'll get a quote from next week. The limb was dug deep in the ground and with having two bikes there i just had them rip it off after a cut. The limb was torn half off tree so when i heard the crack just got off ladder which was strapped to back of tree. The fence was built 11 years ago and the willow put a good warp in it over that time.
She took the +$5K offer. I'm happy for her, she'll be a lot warmer in her new place and not have to worry about maintenance/repairs etc. She'll share one common wall with another unit, hopefully that will help with heating bill even more
Our house has wood vertical siding with wood horizontal siding. The vertical is painted turquoise and the horizontal is white. We did it that way because the house was too boxy looking. We built the top half of the house like a modular home and then moved it onto a permanent foundation a few years later. I will try to find some better pictures of it later but this is the colour of it.
That is so pretty!! I'd love do go bright like you and TrinitySouth99 's garage, except WWW saved some tear off from somewhere which would work really well as siding for part of this house, and it's dark brown. He also salvaged some tin a few years ago, I'm just no the rusty siding look admirerer though it's popular out here now so I'll take the dark brown.
For more on the view from our place, go to this thread that campinspecter started a few years ago. The land clearing around the house comes and goes but the panoramic view is still there. From Our Living Room Window
Go to settings (see the address in the picture). Under "Customize appearance" just click on the "light" box and it should work.
