Thanks, I'm not expecting it to be too bad. Hopefully.

This old Willow stump gave the John Deere 300B a bit of a hard time. F3DE8A00-2F43-4D0A-9157-683676CECF8F.jpeg But with a little experience and coaxing, up and out it came.

I had to leave the hoe bucket lightly dragging on the ground when moving it to the burn pile. It was making the front end light. 07DF14F8-ED98-40E4-B230-27CA424F3ED4.jpeg
I guess it’s better than being at Wal-Fart and seeing some of the heavy rear ends there! :picard:Lord, I apologize.

Cut some more grass in the trails and near camp and pond today. Then helped my wife remake her rock/flower garden out front. Then did some clearing along side a main drainage ditch I’ve been wanting to get done. And cleaned the next section of it out so water will run better away from front of property toward the back. A little at a time on the ditches. I want to get this entire property drained better and have at least one side of all drainage ditches cleared so I can mow along side them with the tractor. A couple of the main ditches on left side of property I want to drain to the pond. Then on the other side of the pond will be the overflow into the main ditch on the right side of the property.

I have to quit reading Gasifier's posts. I am now tired and it feels like nap time.

Split a couple bucket loads and stocked. Brought a couple of buckets of wood up to the house. Should finish up both rows tomorrow. Going to take my splitter to walt's GTG. Clean the crap that falls off the splitter out from behind it. That hadn't been done in over a year. One tire is off the rim. I will probably have to take it to the tire shop since they quit making good ether.

Better than having no tractor and having to dig it out by hand

I always feel like a useless POS when I read his posts!

I actually had some energy today. Built a mud kitchen, finally disassembled and put away the maple arch that was in the way of my wood shed, and went on the boat for a while. I'm just barely over 1/4 of a tank used this year. Need to do something about that next year!

Had some company over yesterday to let them have a look see at the house. Great company and great weather and a nice feed!

We made tentative plans for snowshoeing around the property this winter; looking forward to that one!

    Should be a good time................

Sign of the season. Just hooked up the drain hose to the pool. That party is officially over!
Now it's time to get the new trailer hooked up and commence to hauling wood up to the house.

Think I might mow the grass. Mostly cloudy with temperatures in the high sixties. My hesitation is that yellow jacket nest in the yard has about a two inch hole will yj

Won't be seeing this sight again. Grandfather used some scraps last year but now he's in too hard of shape to use any wood at all.
