    Hmm, last time I had to contact them wasn't all that long ago. Maybe I got lucky. Bad service only makes it worse, but I hate having to deal with people over the phone like that regardless.

    I bought a prime item that was fulfilled by an outside vendor. The item came within 2 days but was not the item I ordered. I call the vender they said yup we have the correct item but sent you the wrong one.
    Send us back the wrong one wait 2-3days to get your money back reorder and we will send out the correct item. Can take 7-10 days.

    Flies are stupid bad this year. Everywhere all over everything....chased me out of the shop this morning. Not good when you have paid work (which is rare for me) and a deadline. Will go out there and sweat it out late afternoon I guess.

    Current project is fixing up a bay window that got damaged when it was removed from it's last hole in a house. Nothing hard...but repair work is always tedious. It leaves tonight....will be glad to have it out of the way.
