North Harbour, St.Mary's Bay. There is another North Harbour in Placentia Bay that I've not yet been to.

Took in some scrap copper (data cable & low voltage) and got $1.22 pound for it. Should separate THHN and electrical, but haven't bothered to yet.

Making a scrap run tomorrow. Looks like scrap aluminum cans are up from the crap 25 cents a lb it was for well over a year. I have at least 4 bags full of cans. I've been throwing bags of cans in the garden shed for a while now.

Good time to sell. Little inventory of used boats and they are selling at high prices.

Booo, people that bought a home here that are very insensitive once in a while vacation home neighbors and light fireworks all night long (they have things that let them stay up all night for nights if you kwim) are back. Likely home after a day at Cheyenne Frontier Days, big boomers that echo across the lake and wake up all the residents. :picard:

I'm single and no kids so that number is WAY above (double) the threshhold for me (I did get the 1st stimulus check and part of the second).

Yesterday was a busy day all day. Put tractor back together so I have 3 pt hitch again. Fellow who owns land next to us came. We went back to get a couple cards from trail cams because some stranger walked through his property (70 acres) and we wanted to see if he got pictures, which he did. Noe we'll try to find out who the guy was and I have a suspicion I know who he could be. Fortunately nothing appeared to be harmed (there is a cabin on property).

I spread fertilizer them put tiller on and worked up the ground preparing to put some radishes in today. Then I was almost out of fuel so made a trip to gas station for both diesel fuel and gas. Also spent quite a bit of time on the phone.

    I may be wrong...but I believe the single threshold was/is $75,000.

    Married is the $150,000

I can empathize. There's a cabin near me that is owned by city-folk from another state. They come up here every now and then and treat the place like a summer camp (fireworks, screaming, hollering, driving up and down our private road, letting their dogs on my property, etc.). Normally they have already been drinking by the time they get here and continue to do so the entire time they are here. I am all for enjoying yourself and having a good time, however these people have ZERO respect for those of us that live here full time. I have had it out with them several times over the years (especially after finding some of the residue from their fireworks on my property during a dry summer) and they calm down for a while, but then revert back to their normal drunk, obnoxious selves. They just bought a second vacation home about 20 minutes away so hopefully they will spend more time there. Tired of entitled, disrespectful, and spoiled people from the city.

Agree it’s not the drinking or fireworks, it’s the entitled and disrespectful that’s the problem.

my good Neighbors call day before to tell us doing fireworks, so we can drug the shepherd. Invites are given to our parties.. especially when we set up 150 foot red neck slip N Slide.

Maybe they'll have an accidental explosion when they make their next batch? One last big boom hoorah?

LOL, these people are well to do and don't make batches thankfully, they bring up the highly portable white powder.
