Cut a little wood this morning and then quit to run to daughters basketball game. The score is 10-12 right now. 10 year olds.

Took the Tree (xmas) down this morning. The tree had stopped taking water in last week so all the needles were dropping. We left a few decorations up but we are happy things are tidy and clean again. I might go outside today for awhile and work on the genny in the garage, it wouldn't start up for me last week and I don't want to get caught with my pants down. I know murphys always lurking nearby

Ouch! Looks as if you might have a small project at hand. How did the water get underneath? do you know the cause yet??

Yesterday was 45°, and with no snow or ice on the roof, I went up and checked on the chimney with my brush kit. I was worried about creosote build up at the top. Fortunately there was no amount of blockage as I feared. I still cleared any crud from the screen on the call, and ran the brush down like 10 times. All good until spring time when the roof is not icy.
It's raining today here, but up north Wisconsin is getting another 5-8 inches after they just got about right before Christmas. In thinking about heading up to the cottage to ride the sleds.

Good idea, I did the same here a couple of hours ago. Only accumulation was in the pipe above the chimney top. Also all good till spring. 35 here right now but headed for a cold week with 0 by tomorrow night.

We have needed a new liner for about a year now but I just haven't had time... It's apparently leaking now. I think I'm paying somebody to do it! I'm about fried on this already lol.

Don't blame you one bit, I know the feeling and sometimes I do the same thing. Something I would have done in the past I have someone do for me now. Good luck getting that repaired or replaced...

Hey, I would like to upload a video from I-Phone. When I try it says compressing video. Oooookay. Takes a little while then is done and starts uploading. Does it always take so long? I gave up on it.
