    You have some bad stuff there to deal with. So invasive and some of it toxic. (nightshade) I thought you had Japanese knotweed from some other pictures you shared. That stuff will even come up through asphalt. You have to be persistant and not allow it to grow above ground at all. You have worked and invested way to much to have these pest plants invite themselves in.

    Got the bathroom demo about 80% done yesterday. Took the day off today spending time with family. Will spend tomorrow leveling out the floor and replacing the fan and some insulation. Hopefully will get more than that done but nothing ever goes to plan here. Lots of work to do this week.
