Yeah, usually china rips off to a tee, the stihl or husky real chainsaw and makes their own.

This one is a dead ripoff of a husky 372.

That's only one example. You could waste hours finding more.

The whole "chonda" predator gas engines we talk about are exact ripoffs of Honda engines.

Cicadas are deafening outside today. Crazy loud.

Got my cabinet hardware mounted...they are 100% done now. Temporary column in basement replaced with new steel column. My 1/2" masonry bit was cooked so I only got 1 anchor in....need to get a new bit and finish that.

Running out of things to do without ripping out the rest of the bathroom and getting some real work done.

Here's a good joke for today...

After having dug to a depth of 10 feet last year, New York scientists found traces of copper wire dating back 100 years and came to the conclusion that their ancestors already had a telephone network more than 100 years ago.
Not to be outdone by the New Yorkers, in the weeks that followed, a California archaeologist dug to a depth of 20 feet, and shortly after, a story in the LA Times read: "California archaeologists, report finding of 200 year old copper wire, have concluded that their ancestors already had an advanced high-tech communications network a hundred years earlier than the New Yorkers."
One week later. A local newspaper in Georgia reported the following: "After digging as deep as 30 feet in his pasture near Red Oak Ga, Bubba, a self-taught archaeologist, reported that he found absolutely nothing. Bubba has therefore concluded that 300 years ago, Georgia had already gone wireless."
Just makes a person proud to be from Georgia.

The guys installing the mini split yesterday were saying it wasn't too bad even though it got up to 94 (3rd day in a row above 90, and that makes 8 or 9 days so far this spring). Humidity was only 35% and there was a nice little breeze.

Oh, and the big thing to take out of the - the mini split is in and the house is so much quieter and the temps more stable around the house

Yesterday was relatively cooler but more humid. It got pretty warm in the morning but cooled shortly after noon. No air conditioner on except in the car when I had to make a trip.

70 overnight and 84 expected today.

I don't know for sure why but there is some shooting going on not too far away. My best bet is there are now some dead coons.

It's awesome in here, door and window cracked for cross ventilation (too windy to open all the way), hanging out in the high 70's in here :)

Awesome to air the house out a bit after the LONG winters here!!!!
