Not really any different than the factory plow prep setup on the 5.0. That option raises the front up about the same 2". I've got a friend with a 2015 that has the 2.25" front leveling kit and he's had zero issues. Obviously after you put that kit on, you need an alignment.

You will see what I’m talking about when you go to tighten the upper control arm nut after installing the spacers.

2016 I friended a girl in TX (the floods that year). Her realtor friend somehow got my email address, and has been sending me realty ads ever since. No "unsubscribe" to be found to I emailed her to take me off the list. Irked me on Tuesday deleting them a couple times a week so I left her a voicemail to call me. :rofl: :rofl:  She's called (I missed both calls), emailed me, and has texted me too. She deserves it after all those emails to a strangers email. LOL, I bet she thinks I'm fleeing Colorado and I want to buy through her.

Yep, that is a wonderful thing to get back connected, we usually charge a bit extra shop$$ for the hassle

That's only a concern if you lift the front up 2.5". The leveling kits up to 2" to 2.25" don't have any issues with the stock UCA. 2.5" then you need the aftermarket UCA's. There's the full droop issue when suspension is unloaded then. Edit, I think you mean issues getting them bolted back together afterwards.

The other option is to go with leveling struts with coil overs on them. That's probably the better option, for minimally more $. It solves the issues when using the leveling pucks when the shocks are the stock ones and not designed for that. These appear to ride better than the stock fx4 shocks in addition to leveling the front and not requiring anything else.

My truck is stock suspended with the fx4 package. I'd like the front up higher so I can get under it easier, and have more clearance. No I don't want the payments of a raptor, or the v6 as I prefer v8's. Since you've worked on these, I appreciate your input. :handshake:

I think I’d get myself a set of ramps. But I like some rake in my vehicles. I also don’t care much for after market stuff. Dealt with way to many problems that were caused by add on do dads.
