Some good prices to be found in some of the rural areas, I must say. Cookie cutter houses in the city subdivisions can cost some obscene prices, but I guess that goes for everywhere.

 

Do you have your eye on something or just going to look around.

Agreed. I'm not a fan of fancy, overly modern interiors in houses. Or exteriors for that matter,

 

I think that 12 inch Hercules slider would be nice.

thank you. Birthdays come around really fast at my age. Crazy winter we are having. Got some new wheels today. It is an electric mobility chair that steers with a joy stick. Hope to get around better. As it is, 20 ft walking and I am short of breath and hunting for the inhaler. Could be worse. I would be so much better off if I lost half my weight.

 

The weather has been nuts here for sure. First real snow January 3, haven’t seen that in years. I got to lose some weight as well. When I got broken I went from going on 10 day and night. Now I wish I could do half of what I could 5 years ago. I slowed physically but still eat the same, hasn’t worked good. Wife has put me on strict regiments for food and beer. I cheat bad though.
