He had a 9N. He traded that in on this one. It is called a Ford Powermaster. I don't know the engine size.
Having a drink, in front of the fire. Watchin Rio w/ my 2.5 yr old daughter. She is playing on the floor w/ our Cat Claire. 1st movie I seen in months. Normally dont watch much TV. But she was watching it and Mama wanted to shower
Took my wife and 19yo daughter and 17yo son to see "Gravity." My wife, son and I thought it was a really good flick but my daughter hated it.
Just got back to the barn. Had to go start a fire for the wife, was 72 inside and she was cold so flame on!
I'm up late. Woke up and can't get back to sleep. Scanning Youtube for the latest crazy stove builds and practicing banjo.
Finishing insulating that camp basement. Had to move some old block out of the cellar and over to a pile of fill. Had the truck there already so I used that. There was a little weight there.
What did I do today? I completed my civic duty! Its a story I probably never mentioned before. 4 years ago a drunk driver ran off the road and plowed into my stone wall one night at midnight. Woke us up, I went out to help but by then drunk was wandering my lawn, the cops where on scene (PD and FD both 1 mi away) and nobody hurt so not much to do and I went inside. The day after an officer came over and I give a witness statement. For my trouble, I got a summons to be a witness for the prosecution (county DA), in a case that ended up being a 4 year train wreck of continuations, lawyer changes, defense mix ups, court mix ups and other shenanegans. Ive been called to the court hose 4 or 5 times, sometimes to sit all day and get sent home. My office almost doesn't beleive me anymore when I say i have to go. I know half the town PD on first name basis. Today they finally had the trial, I gave my 10 minute testimony, and got to go home. Glad its over, annoyed at how messed up the legal system is, and sadly I have experience first hand why so many people 'didn't see anything' when crime/accidents happen.
Had a home inspector check things out after a hail storm awhile back. Totaled roof, siding, window damage, etc. Now I'm going to climb up in the attic for Halloween decor. Might go vehicle scouting this evening. Also totaled in the hail.
Oh man. Would I love to do that. I have lots of block and several piles of old brick gutted from my brothers house. What else would I need? Besides time that I don't have.
Worked in the garden again. Trying to get a good start on spring. Started on one of the Maples I found across a path in the woods. Got the easy stuff, now need to go after the more difficult to cut/retrieve parts. I know, no pics, so I probably just sat on my butt all day. Wait a minute, I forgot I did take a pic.
