    Meanwhile it's been really boring weather here. There's not even any clouds from here to Portland Oregon. They say it will be like this for about a week. I'm not complaining. It will get interesting here sooner or later.

    30 ' for each from yesterday, yes I do most of my walker stuff on the bedroom carpet the course is a 15' one 180 degree turns at both ends I take turns alternating left and then right, the left side is weaker than the right and it also the hip I fractured. I know when I put weight on the left side.
