I grilled steaks tonight too. I cut and split the last few pieces of wood in had here at my house. All that's left are the ones that are too long and I need to cut them down. I need to make a jig / box so I can cut a bunch at a time.

Neighbor brought over a nice piece of backstrap from a deer he was cutting up. Threw that on the weber tonight and it was delicious.

How is your new desk chair yooperdave ? The new drafting stool I ordered for myself with extra padding in the seat is......too tall  I'm still in my old one, the 1/2 cheap padding smushed down, but I have a chair pad on it now too :rootintootin: S0 we now have another kitchen counter stool (with pneumatic and super duper seat cushion-memory foam). Kiddo's had a blast rolling around on it and spinning in it all day............ She's not allowed to spin in mine anymore, every 360* revolution pumps up the pneumatic and I cannot lower the seat if needed anymore o_O

What I bought is a stool for rolling around on the garage floor. So I don't have to bend over when I'm waxing the vehicles for example.

Had to go to the big city this morning but before we left we were blessed when an 8 point buck came right by the house. Had a 6 pointer a couple days ago. They are out there cruising. Some say they are trolling.

No, just wanting to feel that way.

Yesterday I got a shock when I got cards from a trail cam. There are 3 videos of this! (The picture was captured from one video.)

So I’m sitting down wondering why it’s so hot in the house. I check the local weather and find out it’s 78°. Ready to turn on the A/C. Last time I remember this was deer season and it was in the 70s all week. Hunted in a T-shirt By afternoon. Had deer ticks crawling all over me that week. Of course, never saw a deer that week. Just remembered that’s got to be every bit of 20 years ago.
