    I just made a trade with my FIL. I'm going to sharpen 4 of his chains and he's giving me half a smoked pork loin. Sounds like we both did OK.

    I just had a 3 day bout with the stomach flu, a weird one, terrible chills and my legs were sooo sore. Sorry, I think I was as sore as you without the labor.....Pls pass the whine and cheese.

    Taking the oldest boy hunting, then back to the house to get my 3 yr old and go pic up my tractor tire. Gonna try to wrastle it on by myself and clean out the stove and check the chimney and try to mod the 310 muffler. If I get half of this stuff done I'm doing good. Both the boys already said they want to go hunting this evening and that tractor tires gonna be heavy.

    Change that to now taking the 3 and 6 yr old hunting again. Just getting ready to walk out and he woke up. That's my little buddy he goes everywhere. 6 yr old does too but he has school 5 days a week.

    2 weeks of recovery from my surgery are over. Back to the grind this morning, kinda looking forward to it. Making a guy who does light physical labor for a living and keeping him at home for two weeks to do very limited things is a killer.

    Thanks WW! I went to the gym Saturday and ran for 1.5 hrs. It was a good test. I hadn't run in nearly 3 mos and it killed me not to. Today will be a different kind of test, lifting material and climbing. Everything feels good. :)

    Good morning, mid 30's with falling temps tonight.
    I got out of the workhouse last night about 9p.m., a buddy had called about using my garage,,he showed up about 10pm with a deer to butcher,, so I lit a fire in the wood stove, turned on some tunes,,popped the the top on a few cold frosties and we got busy!! A nice 8 point,,big ol' grain fed deer.
    I'll stay close to the couch today, you folks have a good day. Peace.
