The sun is shinning, it is a cool fall day. It is also the wife's and my 51st Wedding Anniversary. Long time, but good times. 4 kids and 8 grandkids.
Went out to dinner last PM and this evening, we will be at one of the daughter's home for a dinner.

Marvin Looking at the end of the stack in the first pic, all I can think of is the day you will be posting.... "stacks fell over!" (hope not) :handshake:

Yeah, they even add extra letters to words, usually vowels.

What I think is funny is when Americans that are covered by British reporters when Americans are quoted, they spell words like the Brits. IE, an American motorcycle racer talking about tires and they spell it "Tyre" in the article, when you know that if they had the American spell the word it would be "tire".

Congrats on the anniversary savemoney !

Me too Yoops. I have to correct a leaner row in my shed. I'll restack the top 2 feet and it'll be fine. Once you get over 5' things can start to go haywire.

That's one of the problems of filling that space with more wood; pressure is outward. Other than tat the stacking looks good.

Afternoon folks. It was nice to work on a Sunday, and have it be around the house for a change. This morning I emptied the half fallen over stack out of the wood shed, then the snowblower that was under it. Restacked, then added 1/3 of a cord to the other side of the shed. The run from the front of the house is uphill half the way, so I pick away at it. I'll work on filling it up little by little after work. I got a good portion of the leaves blown into the woods after that, and now I just lit a fire with some of the uglies from on top of the stacks.

Time for a little bourbon and a relaxing evening.

It's snowing here. They said it might, but after the Packers game we went outside to play with the pups and it started snowing then, and still snowing.

Pup wants to play in the snow so bad, but it's 0* and her feet keep freezing, so she can only stay out a couple minutes at a time. Cracks me up, she keeps going into the drifts, guess she likes being in the deep snow :)
