Had breakfast at the in laws. Went and cut two big loads of wood. Watching football and getting ready to pop the top on a barley pop.

Dinner is done. Finally getting a chance to relax. The parade was fun. My kids said they want to go again. And my wife said she would work a balloon again.

It was pretty interesting seeing the balloons make the right onto 6th Ave and disappear into the canyon of buildings. Though I neglect to take a picture of that.

And right behind us were the work trucks with all the street signs and stoplights that they took down.

I worked for about six hours at work directing snow removal operations. I feel for anyone working the holidays, and away from their families. It all turned out good, and I called it, so the plow contractors got home at a reasonable time to be with their families. Mother nature does not take holidays.

I am just relaxing now with the family contemplating a slice of pecan or pumpkin pie with eggnog. The stove is cruising along nicely too. Enjoy the rest of your Thanksgiving everyone.

Jon. Do what I did. I had both with real home made whipped cream all over the top of both!

I get the same thing when I can't move (like you) or I fall asleep sitting up on the couch or in front of the stove with the dogs

I understand what you go through for your job jet. Someone took out a fire hydrant with their truck down the street from my work last Sunday dropping the water pressure. I got called out to check our critical systems for a few hours while the water service was restored.

I hope everyone had a safe and wonderful Thanksgiving. I ate to much, and I am ready to watch the back of my eye lids. All this eating will really wear you out that is for sure!

Nope. I managed to roll to the stairs. Then pulled myself up the railing with my arms and pushed myself up with my legs. It was a site to see.:picard:
