Foggy this morning but it will clear off soon. Another gorgeous day in paradise shaping up. Chores around the house to be done and my project to be worked on. Rain in the forecast for Sunday but I don't think it will amount to much.

Woohoo! Thought we'd be dry again this am, but could tell it rained sometime during the night... Poured out 1.4 inches! Didnt look like it had rained that much...

Might not be getting the downpours but it's something, plus it is still only 72ºF outside.
    Definitely not a beach day.

Am really liking our forecast. Sunday through Thursday (that's as far as they forecast) are all in the 70's! High of 74 one day is best. Now if the dewpoints will decrease it will be super! I love this weather we've been having where there is no need of the air conditioner.

They're showing us with pretty good chances of storms/shots of rain for a few days...plus maybe stuff off Isa-whatever... Hopefully they'll be right. We'll take any of it right now...even though it'll get crunchy again.

Daughter and her boyfriend mowing lawn 1/2 acre at investment property. Have 2 cycle weedwacker and 4 cycle push mower. Boyfriend 17, in auto tech in high school, explain difference give then 2 gas cans clearly marked. The good news; gas used in each machine correct:yes:
The bad news turned lawn mower upside down to clear debris. Oil on air filter:picard: time for a tune up.. they got to learn somehow :rofl:

I see, it's been a long time since I maintained a lawn mower... And those were older ones too.

Pulled air filter off started right up. Apparently air filters are not supposed to drip engine oil:whistle::rofl:  D472D1D9-23A4-406A-9231-E86E885D0717.jpeg

I finally got around to boiling off the sap I froze at the end of the syrup season. I needed room in the freezer. 13 gallons still going since 1pm. A little more than 1/4 done. Started frozen though and in a large pot on a turkey fryer instead of my evaporator. I had run it through RO before freezing SO it started at nearly 8%.

My work car ('01 Sable) puked a front transmission seal today...probably not worth the time/trouble to fix it...unless I can find some backyard hack way of getting that new $5 seal in there without dropping the whole drivetrain out of the car!
Typical deal, car is not worth enough to put too much time/money into it, but still too nice to scrap!:hair:
