A nice young man named "Roger", presumably from Bangalore judging by his accent, just called to inform me that my windows PC is malfunctioning. I'm not sure how he knew that. I feel like I should have given him all of my personal information and credit card numbers so he could fix it quickly...but sadly he hung up before I had the chance. Godspeed "Roger". Continue the good work.

Roger called me the other day too except I hung up on the poor guy. This worries me with the elderly that may not know better. I once misdialed my grandma-inlaw with excitement about her genealogy and had a full 3 minute conversation with someone else's elderly grandma. We finally figured it out when she said I don't have a brother.

I think I may have that.
What are the symptoms....aside from the frostiness?
