Ok, update with the rain. We have 3.63" of rain today. Flood warnings here. We have the most rain of all of the Milwaukee area that is covered by the local news.

My IV infiltrated again, so back to the ER for a new access. Took them 4 sticks to get a line going. Then they had to pull the tape off my hairy arms. But tonights dose was the last dose so the line was pulled right after the infusion. Glad to have that part over. It had to replaced about every other day. Medication too caustic for the veins.
Fantastic day here. about 70F with sun and some clouds. I was able to sit outside for about an hour. Loved it.

Making you wait that long is cruel. I would call the governor and complain.

I'm glad you are recovering and this was your last infusion. Rest, take in your wonderful back yard, and heal :)

Morning All. We didn't get as much rain as predicted yesterday so I got outside and washed down the deck and some outside windows. Got sidetracked by the puzzle after lunch but finally got into the sewing room to work on my project.

This morning looks like it will be dry so campinspecter is loaded up and heading out for a load of firewood. Now we can travel the ferry to Mom's, he is going to take a few loads over there.

Well some tried to open and got wrist slapped, because they use water and droplets are airborne the only thing they can do right now is extraction. I will tough it out as it’s an eye tooth and my wife is a hygienist so it’s important to her I have teeth.

That is called not fixing your priorities. Look at the little things and maybe the big things will go away... I've worked with people like that and they usually don't amount to much at all.

I may have missed out on my window to get the last load of the cut and split sugar maple, ash and a little cherry loaded from my buddy's place and into my pile here. Loading it his place isn't the issue, but after I get it here to my house, all of this rain we're still getting has ponding in the low parts of our yard. Those narrow trailer tires don't help either, not with the weight of 2/3 of a cord of hardwood on it. I may have to unload a bit on the driveway and make even more work than the more work than it should already be.;). Oh well, it will be good excercise at least.

Oh yeah, regarding the rain total here so far. I heard we were over 4.25" as of last night. It's still raining too. Granted it's not raining as hard as it was yesterday, but the ponding in the yard has not subsided.

Still raining here too. Not sure how much we've got. Maybe later I'll put some boots on and go out to check the rain gauge, but I'm sure there is more than we needed. Looks like the bunch that missed us to the west yesterday turned and we got that overnight and still getting some of it.

There is an old saying with many of the old time farmers around here. Many would not plant their fields until we got a big spring rain because we always get a big one. That has saved many from having to replant fields but it won't this year as so many planted as soon as they could because last year so many fields never got planted. It's tough.

Small Farmers are finding those situations impossible to deal with over and over. Small wonder why only the maga farms survive. Farming has got to be the most risky jobs out there.

My fathers wife (RIP Dad) has been asked to help a congressional candidate where she lives. I'm so proud of her and happy for her! Has to be a compliment to be called, and also, doing something she loves and is very good at, you all know that feeling. You Go Girl!

That sucks. Thankfully, my yard is up high, and the gutters feed underground pipes that take the water down lower. One dumps by the street, one into a dry well. As a result, once mud season is over, I dry out pretty quick. Though, if I got the rain that you did, it would be like mud season all over again.

Replaced some brake components on the Square Body. New Master Cylinder (old one was leaking for several years), which I have had around here for a few years ago when I ordered it from Rock Auto cause it was a good deal and it was at the warehouse I was getting parts from a few years ago so it was cheap to throw in order. I also put all new rubber lines on it.

I also put a steering stabilizer on it. The old one was leaking I noticed a few weeks ago. I think what was on there was a shock from some application as well.[IMG][IMG][IMG] IMG_20200517_193012163.jpg
