I will bore you all with a secret service story from a Montana buddy of mine. He is a horse packer for Glacier National Park and a great guy. First Lady Laura Bush and 4 of her high school girlfriends would always go on a summer trip. Every year. When she was first lady my buddy packed her and her friends into the Belly River Ranger Station in northern Glacier Nat Park for 6 days/5nights. Along with 9 secret service agents.

Once my buddy got them settled in, the lead agent asked the packer “how much beer can you bring us”?
Said lead agent gave buddy a government credit card and the next day he packed in 27 cases of beer.
Buddy packed everybody out 5 days later then went back the next day to pack out their garbage?
Not one beer left. 27 cases of beer were empty. Those boys can drink!

 

yes, campinspecter was taking the wood there. We don't know if our visits over there are restricted or not. It will be a week before we plan to head over there again, if we need to. Hard to take stuff to the house and then leave right away. Mom has recovered well enough to be getting out in the garden which is no mean feat as she has very uneven ground to walk on. the weather has co-operated as well.
