Our local July 4th fireworks show has been voted one of the best "small town" shows in Ohio...its been estimated that we go from a population of ~8500, to over 100,000 people here on that evening...just found out they cancelled it this year...:(

I'm shocked, last thing I heard was that Cheyenne Frontier Days was still going to happen. Are you kidding me?

Stimulus checks, can anyone tell me, is it on AGI which we are more than qualified for? Or MAGI, that includes a lot of pass through tax $$ that we never see a cent of? They already raised my medicare/advantage plan over $75/month despite our takehome pay. Grrr.

Not kidding...I was surprised that they made the call this early, but I suppose there is a ton of planning that goes into this event, and it is not really that "early" when it comes to that stuff...

I believe it's flat rate across the board, unless your family household income is greater than $150K, $75K on individual income.

Seems it's $1,200 per adult in household + $500 per child.

It is based on your AGI, using the numbers that Chaz posted. Anyone making over those amounts lose something like $100 per $1,000 over.

-5c/23f seems colder this time of year than January doesn't it Loon? But the fire will feel good!

We have stayed below freezing since Sunday. By this time of year I am ready for some warming weather, which is going to start here within the next day or two.
