How much will you give me for it? Our local grocery has plenty. This is a small economically and educationally depressed area, I bet a large portion of the population doesn't know what Corona virus is. All they may know is that it is some bad flue they read about on Facebook?

I think we finished shopping for 2 months. Stores are packed. TP shelves are empty. Went early to avoid the crowds and potential carriers. Cleaning out some of the old coolers to store potatoes in. If it gets warm I have a fridge in the garage that iirc will keep at 48ºF at the highest temp.

Yeah, there seems to be an awful lot of people that don't understand what a pandemic is beyond a textbook definition.
One of the grocery stores here has already cut back their late night hours. There will be a lot more of that.

People like yourself will survive. After gardening season last year I minimized so I could move south. I have no canned goods down here. I have plenty of fish to eat and lots of citrus around so I think I’ll make it.

There’s something to be said about not knowing too much to panic. We are in a middle class area and the panic seems to have taken hold. We went out to pick up a few staples because we have plenty of food to last quite a while.

I thought we were stocking up at the last minute and we started a week ago. Went by BJ's around 6PM and the parking lot was full. I haven't seen their parking lot full like that in years.
We usually keep a week or two of canned goods for power outages and then watch the expiration dates but have never tried to avoid going to the store for a month or two. Never really kept track of how much TP we use. All I know is which way is the "right" way to put it on the spindle and one spare roll is OUT and no spare roll is stop everything for a take care of this right now emergency situation.

Well people are stocking non perishable food, so these all make sense. If your are quarantined or your stores shut down your going to need supplies.

Just eight hours at the enjoyment center today. But I worked much harder in the morning at home before I went in. Used a short round pointed shovel to clear all culverts of debris like sticks, leaves, mud, etc. Good workout. Water running much better now. Sat on my rear end all night after dinner. I hope all you hoarders sleep well. upload_2020-3-13_21-23-45.jpeg upload_2020-3-13_21-24-16.png
