My mom loves that stuff. Dad liked it too. I'm lucky and my wife loves to make soup. So I get the home made stuff.:)

Sounds like Ford is reintroducing the new bronco and there's been a lot of leaked pics online. 2 door and 4 door. Supposedly a pickup variant, and then a sport model ( fwd based on escape chassis ) that will come in at a lower price point.

Here's some leaks of the regular bronco. See the 2 door in the background??

    Screenshot_20200311-225132~2.png

We'll know more apparently in March 18th.

Talk is aluminum body, 7 spd manual with a ultra low granny gear in it, 2 Ecoboost engine options 2.7 v6 possibly? , 10 spd auto if you don't get the manual.

I'm jealous! I can make great potato brocc soup but apparently I am cheddar challenged. Be glad I cannot show up at dinner time for her soup

My next used vehicle in 2030, looks awesome! Cant tell by the pics but appears to have more clearance than SUV's?

Am I just seeing things? But I think that front end area with the headlights setup is a lot Toyota FJ looking.....

When I first saw the pic, the FJ is the first vehicle I thought of!

Having someone stop by today and address the leaky basement that has been a thorn in 99's side for decades. I'm thinking she's going to have sticker shock once they figure out the estimate.

Yeah, but the original bronco was one of the original SUVs, before they called them that. SUV was really a term for a body on frame, pickup style chassis with a bigger passenger compartment. Crossovers are the car based, unibody ( no real frame like a truck) Autotrader - SUV vs. Crossover: What’s the Difference?

But yes, the new bronco will be a real off road worthy machine, in the same vein as the FJ cruiser you have as well as our 4runner. They should have a lot of similarities, real frame, rwd based, independent front suspension with solid rear axle, etc. Now the Ford will have a multi piece removable hard top, removable doors are said to be part of it too.

My wife's 4runner is getting up there in age. As big of a 4runner addict as she is, yota haven't really changed the 4runner much since 2003, except a little sheet metal, and getting rid of a v8, only offering the 4.0 v6 that your FJ cruiser has. Same old 5 spd auto too. I showed her the spy shots of the bronco, and she made the comment that that could be her next vehicle.

If they put the v6 Ecoboost in it, as rumored, or a v8, then I have a feeling that she'd be all over it. She loved the ability to pop the roof off of the Wrangler we rented in Hawaii. This would basically a better built Wrangler that can do everything a Wrangler can, and more in most regards.

Well going back, you'll see that Ford was into the "jeep thing" before jeep was even around.

The original bronco (1966-1977 )is what this is going back to, looks wise. supercharged-beast-1971-ford-bronco-offroad-for-sale-2019-04-28-1-1024x768.jpg

Also, good eye. The designer of the FJ cruiser, is the designer of the new bronco. Yota limited a lot of his visual designs and he left there, especially after it appeared that yota wasn't going to do an FJ reboot ( again).

My next door neighbor has a very nice restored old fj40. There's a lot of design similarities between all of these, Wrangler, fj's broncos...

Lol. Healthier, young people will still be alive. There may be some extended toilet time, but most the population will be fine.;)

Well, it just got real. School is shut down because one HS student has tested positive for CV. They sent home the first graders each with a laptop. Have no idea what the other grades are doing.

I'm imploring our friends that are in their 70's to stay at home. This couple wants to go out to eat, go to church, go to the ymca to work out, go shopping... One has MS, the other has ALS.

They are not listening... I'm a bit worried about them.

My mom is at least holed up in the cottage up north. That's her usual MO.... So this time it's a good thing that she's practically a hermit.

My grandson's school is still open, but I bet not for long. I bought him a Nintendo switch. Dad's on board but mom's not thrilled.

Yeah, both my wife and I are in our 70's so we aren't too hot on going places. I'm a bit nervous about the coming surgery too but we'll see what happens. Also our family doctor called and wants to see me tomorrow. I pray thing thing does not spread too much but fear the media is making it out to be more than it is.

I here you about how the media is handling this, Dennis. I wasn’t too worried before, and I’m in my 60s, but now it is concerning us cause our grandkids being in school. I also take immuno suppressing meds for my arthritis, which I am stopping at the moment until I can find out how they affect this situation.

I appreciate that Brandon. It’s kinda coincidental because my script was never called in from the doctor so the mail order pharmacy was delayed in shipping me what I needed to inject yesterday. It’ll probably be set up to ship in a day or so, but it’ll sit in the refrigerator for a while.

BTW, Brandon, I checked the psoriatic arthritis forums earlier and it looks like a lot of people are cutting out the meds until this all sorts itself out.

Me three now too and NortheastAl . Granted mine are milder than what you guys take, I've been been eyeing that bottle and have skipped a couple recently. Done for now. I distinctly recall my rheumy telling me two skip 2 weeks when I was on MTX and got the flu.

I really don't think the media was doing enough to warn people before. Now I think the state of events is fitting, and hopefully not too little too late. It's officially a pandemic. Nothing being blown out of proportion.
