It's low for mpg. The manufacturers all do that now, unless you get the off road package. Even then, like my fx4 F-150, which is the off road package ( aside from the raptor) they are lower in front, than the back.

A 2-2.5" leveling spacer kit for the front raises it up level with the back end. I plan on doing the front level kit on mine.

That truck, probably has 4x4, and the 2.7 Ecoboost v6 w/ 10 spd auto and probably it for options. It probably gets upper 20's for mpg average, and I bet it gets closer to 30 mpg freeway. Pretty good for a 325 hp/ 400 tq truck.

That truck looks to have more rake than usual though. Could be the angle of the pic, the small tires, or maybe the truck has add a leaf or some such without front end compensation for it. Or some combination thereof

Optical illusion, due to the snowbank in the front but no bank in the back.

That way, with the lower front end, you'll have to get better mileage since you're going downhill all the time! :D

I put our chest freezer in the spare bedroom which I used to use as a home office. Is this a faux pas of some sort ? Should I disguise it ?

Had an hour this afternoon to finally cut to length the wheelbarrow full of red oak splits that were too long for the stove(s). Will come in handy tonight for the expected low temps.

Nah, I'm about as non-gay without being homophobic as a straight person can be. Sorry.

The short wheelbase make it look like more rake than normal...the OBS Ford's were that way too...front end may be sacked out from carrying a plow around too...

Yeah all the base model regular cabs with short 6.5 beds look high in the back. Drop the tailgate and have someone sit on it and the front will lift right up the back will lower and it will look OK.

    Nope, no chicken fingers either.

Blueberries and bell peppers are fairly cost effective to grow and freeze to save a couple bucks, other things not so much.

Heh, firewood and frozen food hoarder. We have a 18 cu ft upright freezer in the basement also. This one is garden harvest overflow. It will be empty and shut off by March sometime.

We freeze jalapeno, Serrano, and other hot peppers as well. They seem to keep pretty good, good enough to cook with at least. They even hold up for use in salsa or guacamole we make, if you just throw them in a Ziploc then into the freezer.

    Warning, rant ahead.
So my employer decided to jump on the "greenie weenie" bandwagon...made us replace perfectly good working bulbs with LED...great, not that unusual, right?
Now the rest of the story...these light don't operate 5 minutes total in a days time, on average!!!
LED's will never never never never never pay for themselves in this application!!! :hair::headbang::hair::headbang::hair::headbang:

Yeah, I should have wrote peppers not bell peppers, but I've tossed tomatoes in the freezer whole too, they just take up too much room. Good enough to make sauce with to can when the weather cools off. I still have some habaneros in the freezer from two Summers ago. Enough to maybe make some jam with. I've tossed a half of one in some salsa and they still seem OK. Not too terribly freezer burned, what happens to too many things, even with good freezer bags.
