    So it is here too after a day and night of hellacious wind. It blew our son's chimney cap off his wood stove. He has to get a new one because he can’t even find it on his property.

    I am thinking that it was a lot more safe. I know of some grizzly stories about snow caves. Unsupervised and near the road.

    Ever catch a bug (germ) you don't know what it is, neither do the doctors, start to get better, then catch a cold, and then wham, back to the first bug again. I'm sick of it. Spent most of yesterday in bed. Aches, pains in muscles and joints and GI upsets. fever and cold sweats. pulled the comforter up over my head waiting for all of it to go away. Got up today but still having fever and the aches. Lipton chicken noodle soup helps some. Having some diet pepsi this evening. hope no one else in the house gets this chit.
